2) you need to disable the base tag and you need to install hotfix
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=824597 or SP2.
Then the URL in the browser will be the URL he used to get to your site as
only relative URLs will then be used.
3) sorry, I don't understand this part of the question. Please explain in
more details.
