1) localhost
2) 127.0.0.1
3) bidshunter.com(one of the domain name point to this web server)

but all get the error in event viewer:
"Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions:
http://truflight.com - Error #160003 Message: Error reading from SMTP
host 'bidshunter.com'. "

The extensions configuration will always fail if you use "localhost" The
SMTP server must be fully qualified, which effectively means must have a
dot in the name.
So 127.0.0.1 will work if the SMTP server is on the same server as the
website, otherwise point to a SMTP server elsewhere.

'bidshunter.com' may fail as a SMTP server if there is no SMTP server with
that name, or if it has been configured to refuse connections from anywhere
except bidshunter.com

Thx Ronx,
I have tried 127.0.0.1, but no luck. I even try to stop the policy to see if
there is any help, but still no luck.

If you are using a Windows server, then www.rxs-enterprises.org/fp/b/smtp
may help.
These pages are for Windows XP, but other Windows servers have similar
screens.

Thx Ronx,
I have followed the instruction on the web site you given. No more error
message occurs, and some email files appear in the Inetpub\Mailroot\Drop
folder, but don't receive any email when checking the outlook mailbox. Any
cue?

It could be that the email destination is refusing to deal with your SMTP
server. Eventually you will see a message in the dropbox that will give
the reason for non-delivery, though this may take a day or three before
your SMTP server gives up trying.
If your server has an IP address located in a "dial-up" range, then many
other servers will refuse a connection.

Have you checked with your ISP as they must allow your SMTP server to sent m
ail on their network.
