outgoing email stops forever in Queue

i use simple asp script on w2k to send emails to a community group

it was working in past, i changed computer, and probably there is a mess
with domain, i dont know how to make it correct

SMTP is started

in IIS / SMTP it shows a "fake" domain (computer name)
like
compaq.sci123.org

there is no sci123.org

when installing w2k I put just some name

there is no real global domain that has to be associated with this w2k
server

DNS & DHCP servers are not started (there are just few PCs in a local
Workgroup)

SMTP - Security - Operators granted to
- Administrator
- IUSR (I run asp scripts to send emails out from this server)

SMTP - Access - Relay - Only a list with IPs
- local IP of this PC,
- an IP of router
- all 255 range of local network (put just in case)


how to fix my problem and let emails go, not stop in Queue folder?
