Does anyone here have any experience with stacking multiple licenses on a=
single server? We recently purchased 2 licenses but when we enter the se=
rial number they provided into the admin console only one license appears=
. We've contacted Adobe several times and we can never reach someone in t=
ech support that has a good knowlege of the product. So I thought I'd try=
here and see if anyone had a similar problem.

Thanks

Hi James,

Ditto! Just went thru a week of endless transfers and level one support
desks at CDW, Adobe and Macromedia tech support.

As a last straw, I sent a note to Steven Wolkoff <swolkoff-dv/VyGpifdQAvxtiu
Mwx3w@public.gmane.org>
product manager for FMS explaining that I was missing keys from my
order, and within a few hours someone from Adobe sent me the other
serial keys that I needed via email.

Good luck!

Mike

James -

We've had some issues with order fulfillment and serial keys that are
currently being fixed by our order management team. Please email me
offlist with your order info (PO #, Adobe Order #, Customer IDs, etc)
and I'll get this taken care of. Same goes for anyone else who has run
into this issue.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience - thanks for purchasing FMS!=20
