    Oracle Adapter - Root element missing

While trying to retrieve data using the Oracle adapter we get the following
error.  We've followed the tutorial and looked at the samples but can't
figure out what we're missing.  Our environment is VS2005, BTS2006, and the
2006 Oracle adapter.

This was due to the Port being set to Pass Thru instead of XML.
