How can I return to the orignal question mark without constantly switching.
I never did have to do it before.

Hi Saide,
Does this problem only happen when you are using FrontPage?
If so, make sure your Default page encoding is set properly by opening
FrontPage -> Tools -> Site setting -> Language tab -> Default page encoding

If you are also getting the same problem with other application, then you
may have to re-install your keyboard driver from the device manager ( under
control panel ) or make sure that you are using the right input language(
under control panel -> Regional and Language Options) is set properly.

I hope this will help solve your problem.  If not, please post back for more
