I've been testing usenet posts regularly for about a week now.
All my test posts go through except for the ones using Eelbash
as an exit.

he could be blocking newsgroups.
no reason to censor my posts content is junk anway.
He cannot block on my name or Ip either.

he should publish what he blocks etc.

Same here.  What I was trying to post was just junk to test.
Eelbash's config says he's blocking posting to the following
groups:

uk.rail*
uk.legal
alt.west-virginia
alt.hacker
