One of our users has a Plantronics C555 with an HL10 handset lifter. The
base station is plugged into the handset plug, and the handset cord has been
removed altogether. When she pushes the button on the earpiece, the handset
lifts and she talks. I think this is about as automagic as it gets, albeit
a little Rube Goldberg - ish.
