Hi All,

I've found this message "kernel: device-mapper: : dm-linear: Device
lookup failed" while booting my server. Do you know what it mean and
how to solve it? Thanks.

Have you tried google?  Also, if you mention the OS, that will make
anyone spend any effort at all on your vague question.
