Good morning and thanks for having me on the site here.
To give you a rundown of my set up.
I have a server running Windows 2003 and IIS 6 is installed and running.
A second server with teh same OS is runnind AD and DNS.
I am currently self hosting a few of my own websites and I am running into a problem
. All my sites are accessable when using example.com , but not when I use www.
example.com.
At my registrar, I have only 2 records in DNS, an A record pointing to my
IP address, and an MX record also pointng to my IP address.
My local DC with DNS installed has a zone for the site where a CNAME record that XXX
osiates www.example.com to the local computername of the IIS server name.ADd
omain.local
I have also tried an A record in the same zone to associate www.example.com[/url
] with ...www.example.com as well as example.com? Does a www record need to be added
 at my registrar?
Any help is greatly appreciated

Tyras M
