Regarding the error message. This usually happens when there is no consumer
for the message. Basically, it means that BizTalk has received the message
but it does not know what to do with it because there is no orchestration
or send port that has subscribed to processs the message. If you do have an
orchestration or a send port, then you need to take a look at the
subscriptions to see if the message should really go to that consumer. In
this case investigate the following:
For orchestration, verify that orchestration
- is enabled
- activate receive receives a message with a type (XSD schema or .Net
type) that matches the received document (XML message?)
- you have no additional conditions in your activate receive shape or if
you do have a filter defined, your message satisfies the filter conditions
- message properties are being promoted (You can look at the message
context from BizTalk Admin MMC)

For send ports:
- send port is enabled
- not all properties showing up in the send port subscription Filter are
promoted. Only PROMOTED properties can be used for routing. You will need
to take a look at the documentation for each of the properties that you
used in the Filter and make sure that's a promoted property

Frankly, I don't remember if any of the videos contain a demo of this
functionality but it's pretty easy. Open your InfoPath solution in design
mode and publish it using the "To a SharePoint form library" option, chose
"Create a new form library" option. In the wizard there is a page where you
can add columns to SharePoint and map them to the XSD schema.
