Flash Help Panel docs for FMS?

Does anyone know how to get the Flash Help Panel documentation to show up=
?
The release notes always say:

"In addition to accessing Flash Media Server documentation in the Flash
Help panel, you can ..."

But since FCS 1.5, these docs never seem to come with the installer
anymore. I know the Livedocs are better, but my internet becomes
unresponsive every afternoon due to network traffic, so i would really
prefer to use FMS documentation that is integrated in with the rest of th=
e
Flash documentation.

I have PDFs from the installer, but juggling PDFs isn't so convenient.
