my website is: parktoweronline.com.  The form on the home page on the right
is my problem.  When you press the submit button.  the results do not carry
over to the email.
I would like to receive the email with the info in it.  thanks.

there are two files.  results.txt and the confirmation file results.htm.

You have 5 form tags on your page.

You need to have a single set of form tags with all of the form fields and t
he submit button between
the open and closing form tags. You also must publish the site to a server t
hat has the FP
extensions and is configured to process email via FP's http mode if you want
 to use the FP Form
Handler.
