2 things to do if you want to your mapping can be acces without be logged.

- edit access right of the page which is mapped to your url: give edit right
 to "Anonymous portal user"

- access to your page with : <a href="">http://mycompany/wps/portal/strategy
</a>
(instead <a href="">http://mycompany/wps/myportal/strategy</a> )
