Still having problems getting records displayed from database.(from database
 loaded via Forms Template) .
Appears that data submitted via Form Template is accepted OK.
Submit Query set up as part of the Forms process.
Reply is Error Code HTTP 404
Have double checked Forms appears OK
No data stored (visible) when viewing .mdb file?
Have expanded columns width on Access to match data width from Form, still n
o data loading?
What am I missing?

Hi,

What is the URL that fails with a 404? Maybe the complete site is not
published. If this is a site on the internet, could you give the URL to
test?
