How long have you waited?  AD can take some time to replicate over.

Thanks Rayan ,Scott

Followed  the  steps To change the password. After these steps we
created a test user in AD and same has not reflected in CCM user list .

My command marked as >>

Step 2 Enter the command, CCMPWDChanger[vbcol=seagreen] 

Step 3 In the Administrator Password field, enter the password of the
user that was created to enable cisco CallManager to access the
directory.
[vbcol=seagreen] 
account used to created to enable the callManager to access the
directory >>
[vbcol=seagreen] 
using administrator account for admin CCM server .>>

Step 4 Click Next.

Step 5 From the User ID drop-down list box, choose the user CCMSysUser
[vbcol=seagreen] 

Step 6 In the New Password field, enter the CCMSysUser password.
