Based on your description, you're running CRS 4?
That aside, I'd check your scripts to make sure all branches ensure calls
get marked as "handled", otherwise they show up as a call in queue.
There also have been bugs from time to time that cause this, but more often
than not, it's script related.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Ghost Calls in Queue
Hi All,
We have just installed 4 New CRS servers, 2 engines 2 database. The client
is now using the system and reports ghost calls in his different queues (10
queues in all).
Any ideas in debugging this? The calls disappear when the servers are
reset, but we can't reboot during production hours.
