Hi, I have what I woud think is a simple requirement for BizTalk, but I woul
d
appreciate some advice to see if it can be done please...

Basically I would like to set up a one-way HTTP send port that uses the
PassThru pipeline to send a flat-file (not XML) from one BizTalk Server to
another BizTalk Server which would be set up with a one-way HTTP receive por
t
also using the PassThru pipeline. Therefore I'm simply trying to send a file
,
without transformation, from one BizTalk to another using HTTP adapters. Is
this simple or shoudl I be looking at other ways to do this in BizTalk?

Thanks, BC.

The HTTP adapter can do this with out a problem. It's pretty standard, and
you do not need to use an orchestration.

You need to set the http adapter up in iis, and you can even set the url up
so you can route the message based on content, even though the content is
unknown pass through. You subscribe to the message based on the properties
of the receive port.

Paul.
