I have MSCMS 2002 sp1a installed on a Win2k3 server.  I configured 7 of 8 CM

websites using the SCA.  Now that the 8th sites is ready, I need to configur

it as a CMS site.  However, now when I try to launch the SCA, I receive an
HTTP 403 error.  Ayn idea how this happened, and how can I fix it?

I found a work around, but if anyone can offer suggestions on how this could
have happened, please reply.
