I have setup a group mailbox for 3 users to use. Is there a way for
the WMI light to light up on one or all of the phones when a message
is left in the group mailbox?

Good morning,

Just you could have the light to go ON when the received messages. Go to
the line configuration look for message waiting lamp policy

Message Waiting Lamp Policy Light only
