Hi Nachi,

please check the event logs.
Is there any further information?
Is there more information on the 500 error page?

Cheers,
Stefan

Hi Stefen,

This issue is resolved. I changed the website to application through
IIS. Its working.
Other issue is
When I tried to load template file through MCMS template explorer in
VS.Net
its giving an exception. It doesnt say "Couldnt load Root template
Gallery" Instead it says
Could not open MCMS template file from location

Exception type VS.Net exception!?
Thanks for the help.

Thanks
Regards,
Nachi
