I am trying to run some reports. I have run the "Most Calls" report (I
forget its actual name!) Anyway, my Most Calls should be held by my
reception group. This group is made up of ext 1501, 1502, and 1503.
(Basically, if you call the main #, 555-1313, it rings all 3 of those
extensions so anyone at those phones can pick up the call).

But when I run the report, the numbers are very low for those extensions. I
think it said 70 calls last month. They probably do 300 calls a day, with
90% of those being inbound calls.

How would I get a more accurate report?

Thanks.

If you have SQL knowledge or access to someone who does, you can tie directl
y into the SQL and do full customization on your reports. if I recall correc
tly, the main db is cdr. I'm not in front of my computer at the moment.
