When I create a new schema I receive the error message 'Do you want to open
or save this file?'
It doesn't matter what I answer, the preview window that should show the xml
is empty, only showing 'Action canceled' and 'Internet Explorer was unable t
o
link to the web page you requested.'
What is this?
