I'am running 4.1.3 Callmanager version.

I would like to put a background image on a cisco 7960.



Can somebody tell me how.

from my understanding you can not put a backgrouond image on a 7960 phone.
(you can on a 7961 or a 7970). however you can configure an idle url on a
7960, check out this link:
