If you follow the instructions in the Unity Guide it tells you in detail
how to set them up. Honestly, it will tell you what to do for your
scenario better than someone explaining here.

I also had a customer that was very picky about rights. You don't have
to give the accounts Domain Admin rights, but you will need an account
with Domain Admin rights to run permission wizard on. As far as the
Exchange rights, they were a little more relaxed on it and allowed us to
make them full exchange admin.

If you have multiple Unity Servers you will also need to run permission
wizard on each unity server to give it the local OS rights.

Hope this helps.

I have gone 'round and 'round with a customer with this. One group
manages Voice Mail, the other manages Exchange. Every so often I get a
frantic call that voicemail is down. I conference telecom and IT
together and get the proper permissions restored.

I think this is a terrific reason to push Unity Connection over Unity
UM.
