I just tested by myself. It works. You need to send a blank email to
secret_anonymous_1@web.de with the subject remailer-key or remailer-adminkey
or remailer-help dependent on which file you would like to request. I had no
problems to receive the three files. If it does not work for you just go to
http//www.er-org.net/remailerstats/info.txt. There you get also all runaway
keys.
