What do you mean?

 

We have a person who is hearing impaired.  We ended up giving her a 797x
phone.  She got a hearing aid cord that she can plug into the external
audio source and use the speaker phone as the mic.  She has been very
happy with that.  

 

I believe cisco also has a TTY type software you can get also.
