We're running Apache 2.2.0 and have the following configured in the
top-level .htaccess

Order deny,allow
Deny from mit.edu
Deny from yahoo.com

(Simplified, but this shows the problem.)
Access from anything.mit.edu is rejected; access from yahoo.com is
accepted. (This isn't actually yahoo specific, /some/ other domains get
through, too.)  Any ideas?
