Note there is no include rule for ProductId="16894".
Even when I add the <ExcludeRule baseCatalog="B" ProductId="16894"/> and do
a full rebuild,
Product 16894 still shows up as a variant of Product 102475.

Do I have to create a virtual product <VirtualProduct ProductId="16894" />
and then have an <ExcludeRule .... /> to get rid of this variant?
