Hi All,

The basket pipeline when executed works fine after adding
ONLY variant products. On the contrary if the product is
added (not variant product), the pipeline on execution
deletes products from the basket. Is it possible to add a
product that uses a product defintion having variants.

The log file contains the following error message: "Please
note that one or more items were removed from your order
because the product is no longer sold." This error
corresponds to pur_badsku in message manager.

Has anyone faced this problem and is there a solution to
this?

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi Mark,

If you product definition has a product variant id defined, then you must
set a value for this otherwise the QueryCatalogInfo will remove it from your
lineitems.

Therefore to get around this problem you should have 2 separate product
definitions. One with variants and one without.
