I'm attempting to use the .NET Toolkit for BizTalk Server and encountered a 
"Class not registered" error when calling the Marshal.BindToMoniker routine.
  As far as I can tell, the XLANG schedule compiled properly as no error was
 returned when I compiled i
t.  What class does this error message refer to and what must I do to get it
 registered on my machine?
