The three exceptions stem from one another.

Unfortunately the remote perf counters issue is a design limitation of
Commerce Server.
It is not addressed in CS2007.

Hi Madhur,
Thanks a lot. I'll find if any application running or using CS
performance counter. There were 3 exceptions generated at the same time.
And
the other 2 did related  to the  CS Perf Counters.
About the perf counters in CS, do you know if any hotfix can be
download/used ? Does that fixed in CS2007 ?
