I want to setup a new domain. For this I need a new hosting service (with a

This web space / hosting service provider should offer a full package includ
ing Mail+Ftp server.

ovider / hosting service ?
Criteria should be price, reliablity, amount of space, OS, offered features,
..

In other words are there any rankings resp. comparison charts?
