Here is my configuration.
DB Server
SQLServer 2005 SP1 Database on Windows 2003 64 Bit OS.
Dev Box
Windows 2003 32 bit with Vs.NET 2003, VS.net 2005, CMS Sp2.

When I try and launch Site Manager (using the ICON) the dialog is blank.
Not sure how to get entries to save but I entered localhost and port 80.

After logging on, I then click
User Roles, then Administrator then Group Members.

I get this error.

Error: 0
Description: Automation error
The object invoked has disconnected from its clients.
Severity: 5
Source: AdmnTool
Debug info: N/A
Extra info: N/A
Client Source: OEFUsers::HandlePropDlg
Recommended Action: N/A

Please advise?

Thanks

Tom

More Information.
When I first populated the DB with CMS I used a service account. In the DB,
this user is DBOner and has the CMSSystem server role checked.

I then launched the DCA tool and added my Active Directory domain account to
the CMS system. Now when I launch Site Manager and log on as myself, I get
this error.

Item is locked by user domain\serviceacct. Do you wish to open readonly?
If I choose yes, then click User Roles, then Administrator then Group Member
s
I get the same error.
