Hi,
While configuring either Marketing Direct Mailer or Staging service i get an
error when i try to use one of my accounts "Logon Error:the user has not bee
n
granted the requested logon type at this computer". I am following the
installation guide step by step (including using CSDMSvc and CSStageSvc
accounts in the guide)...

These accounts were created as local users

Any tips would be greatly appreciated

Hi John,

Do these users have Logon as Services rights?

Can you check the configuration logs (%temp%\ConfigLog(timestamp).log by
default) for more detail on the problem?
