In my orchestration I have a send/receive port towards a web service. When
the web service fails it doesn't come back a result and I see an error into
the orchestration event viewer:

"The adapter failed to transmit message going to send port
"http://localhost/ServiceLocator1.3/ServiceLocatorProxy.asmx". It will be
retransmitted after the retry interval specified for this Send Port.
Details:"Timeout operation.".

How can I set the timeout of a send port? I have tried to watch the port
properties, but I haven't see anything.

Aniello.

Timeout is calculated using this formula.

Number of retries * Retry interval.

By default, when you create a send port, number of retries is 3 and Retry
interval (in minutes) is 5. This makes it the default timeout of 15
minutes. Change one or both these properties when you create the send port
to suit your requirements.

Cheers!
