Hi,

I've an unpublished page which keep reflecting it status as "Waiting for
Editor Approval". However, when the Editor login to approve, the page cannot
be found in the "Approval Assistant" process.

Qns:-
1) Does the page still exist and waiting for approval
2) Is there any way to unlock the page

Anyone faced the issue above? Pls help. Thanks.

Hi Rosalind,

sounds as if this editor is not an editor in the channel this page belongs
to.
What if the editor goes directly to the page? Does he see the approve link?
In addition you can also approve the page using an administrator.
