RxType=G.729
TxType=G.729

RxSize=10
TxSize=20

Avg Jitter=8
Max Jitter=274

RxDisc=0
RxLost=1

TAC said inbound packet loss could cause the RxSize to be lower. The
phone didn't show much loss, but jitter was high.

Non matching values should not be a problem as far as I know. What
codec does the info page show? How many packets are being lost,
discarded, and what does the phone report as the avg & max jitter?

Thanks,

Louis

We have some users experiencing choppy voice - I think related to
jitter, but I don't know the actual cause.

During an active call I pressed the ? key twice to get the stats.

It shows the "RxSize: 10ms" and the "TxSize: 20ms". I've seen issues
with that before (I think they need to match). Anyone know how those
parameters get set, and if non-matching values are in fact a problem?

Thanks much.

Chad
