We just migrated from IPCCx 3.5 to UCCx 4.0(4)... we had a couple of test
agents we used for testing prior to deployment.

Now, the system is deployed and I want to remove those agents from showing
up under RMCM - Resources... the users have been deleted from CallManager,
and they do not show up in User Management on UCCx...

How do I get rid of them?

Jonathan

Go to Subsystems, RMCM, Resources and click the inactive agents link.
(above resource list on right) Check the agents you want to delete.
