I'm pretty sure 5.0 has a busy lamp comfiguration for phone buttons. Does
CallManager 4.2 have this feature? I want to be able to have a button with
my coworkers extension that will act as both a speed dial and a busy
notification, so I will not transfer a call to him if I see that he is on
the phone.

4.2 does not have that feature. From what I understand that's probably going
to be a version 5.0+ feature only.
