I've made a minor change to the Genealogy page of my Meta-Stats
http://stats.bananasplit.info/genealogy.html.  There is now an
additional column, "Failed Date".  This indicates remailers that are
currently failed but haven't been down for long enough to be considered
dead.  (Dead implies failed for 28 days).

There are more significant changes behind the scenes to more accurately
timestamp when a remailer failed.  This column was a by-product that I
thought I might as well display.  :-)
