No matter what I do, I cant seem to get the Edit button to show up on the Bo
okmarks portlet for All Authenticated Users.  I've tried applying permission
s up to the Editor level for that portlet, and i still cant seem to get to s
how.  Anyone have any ideas
what could be wrong.  Your help is GREATLY appreciated.

My mistake, i needed to apply permission on the page to get the button to sh
ow up.  Should've known.
