Hi,

I'm using Customer and Order manager app. and I adding new payment methods
but i can't see this new payment methods in the starter site user payment
methods list.
How can I do complete new payment method definition ?

Hi,

I think you haven't enought privilegs to make a new shiping method.
Add your user to role asssigments in the Profile with azman.msc
