I've sent and re-sent 15-17 newsgroup posts through the eelbash ( boo!)
M2N over the last four days and not one has gotten through. Normally
they have posted quickly.

I'm using QS and have been doing so for many months. I've changed my stats
source several times. I've resent a few messages through dizum, but i
haven't seen them yet. I tried sending myself e-mails through QS and those
haven't arrived either.

Anyone have a clue what's going on? Eelbash isn't blocking the NGs AFAIK.
My SMTP server processes the messages normally.

I stopped using newsanon.org a few days ago because the messages
weren't going through. All other working m2n servers still
post however.

Now THERE'S a newsflash: Eelbash has had his fingers up the XXX
end of his software again and now it doesn't work right.

Somebody call '60 Minutes'.

Well, I wish it was that simple. I used the eelbash e-mail M2N gateway and
it posted immediately, without encryption and all, but with no identifying
info. Trouble is, I can't see a way to do followups.

I also tried test messages using every working M2N in the book and none of
those came through either. So something somewhere is XXXXed. After six
months of QS working fine, nothing. Not that I'm blaming QS. I think the
problem is elsewhere.

I thought I'd try JBN, but it's a goddamn nightmare.Even after I thought
I had learned the basics of anonymous posting using QS, JBN was complete
frustration.

It was fun and a learning experience, but now it's a PITA and more like
work. So XXXX it all, I'm giving it a rest and posting through free
servers.

Did it occur to you to uninstall QS and then reinstall it? (First save
your QS.dbc file to another directory, and then place it back into the
new QS directory after reinstalling QS.)

I guess it's worth a try. I did install the latest version of QS half way
though my problems, so I guess I've done that in a way. Maybe I'll give it
another go. You know what it's like, one must solve the problem, otherwise
it bugs one!

Thanks for the reply.
