IS there a way I can get rid of the hostname mismatch message on the browser
 when I log into CCM.

I Get:
Hostname Mismatch
Hostname of the URL: 10.1.1.1
Hostname from the certificate: CCM_PUBLISHER
Do you want to proceed?

Normally I'd say browse to the name of your server rather than the IP
address but since you have an underscore in there you may be seeing
issues with the CCMAdmin when browsing by name. Unless you get your
browser to accept the certificate for that hostname permanently you
may just have to live with the extra click
