Has anyone ever experienced the following:

A user has her email setup with read receipt requested for all messages.
When the user receives her receipt in Outlook, it is listed in Unity as
a new message (doesn't trigger any MWI, light or prompt). When the user
reads the receipt in her Outlook inbox, the message is automatically
changed to a saved message in Unity.

We are trying to make read receipts not show up in Unity at all. Any
ideas???

Thanks,

Luis

Create a server-side rule dumping the read-receipts outside of the inbox
and marking them read.
