Regarding the SCA problem, I'm not getting the 2 error message you've
suggested. I'm getting a "The Page cnnot be displayed" error. I'm sure that
I'm logging into the server as local administrator.

I have the Sharepoint installed. But when I tried to access SharePoint
Central Administration, it also give me a "The Page cnnot be displayed"
error.
