This might help the problem of remailer abuse.

First, if you're going to flame Jewish people, do *not* use an exit
remailer that is based in Germany or Austria.  Otherwise the remops will
get into trouble.

Use instead a remailer like metacolo (based in Israel) or
melontraffickers (sassaman), or if they don't work use Frog, of course.

Second, if you're going to establish a new Western papacy, do *not* use
an exit remailer that is based in Italy.  They are too close to the
Vatican.  Remember the police raids a few months ago and the arrests of
CIA agents there?  Maybe it was because of some lame brain anonymous
poster who violated this rule.

Third, in other situations use similar discretion.

Remailers should publish the countries that they operate out of for this
purpose.
