    Problem with CCME 2811 voicemail

Hi all

 

I have a problem with a 2811 CCME that I can't figure out.

 

I have a 2811 CCME in my Phoenix location with a Unity voice mail
system.  We've assigned the voicemail box an extension of 8090.

 

In my NY location, we have a 2801 hanging off the back of the PBX.    If
I want to call someone in Phoenix, I just pick up the phone, dial their
four digit extension and I can talk to them.  If they are not there, I
automatically get redirected to their voicemail.

 

In my California location, the setup is basically the same (a 2801 off
the back of a PBX) but the procedure is a bit different.  To talk with
Phoenix, you pick up the phone, dial *02 and the four digit extension.
The problem I am having is when a caller in Cali is redirected to the
voicemail box.  The call keeps ringing and never gets redirected to the
voicemail.  

 

When I do a  debug (Debug voice ccapi inout), I can see the 2811 in
Phoenix trying to redirect the call to the voicemail box (8090) .
However, I don't see the redirect in the debug in the 2801 in Cali.  Can
someone point me in the right direction as to what else I can look at?
