We have developed a plan to utilize IPCC Express for our Customer
Service Department.  I've been playing around with the CRS Editor a bit.
I have the prompt recorded with the audio options to the caller, I'm
just  struggling a little with the script syntax trying to create the
"Press 1, 2, 3 or 4" to redirect the call based on what's pressed in the
script.  I've looked around a bit trying to find some sample scripts
that fit closely to what I want but been unsuccessful.  Does anyone know
a good link with sample scripts I can choose from and/or download, or
have any other ideas that might help give me a boost in the right
direction?  Thanks in advance.
